You’re surrounded by questions.
“How are shifts happening in the media landscape going change my creative process?” “How are new technologies like smartphones, netbooks, and GPS devices going to change advertising in the near term?” “Will online publications kill print? And if so, what do I do then?” We know exactly where you are. We’re there too. That’s why we planned the One Show Creative unConference. Our purpose is to give people like you—Creative and Art Directors, Copy Writers, Digital Artists, Media Planners, Futurists, Tech Geeks—an opportunity to start conversations on these and other up-to-the-minute questions in a fun interactive way. If you’re eager for an opportunity to talk to a diverse group of leaders from traditional and interactive agencies, clients from a broad range of industries, and internet media properties then The Creative unConference is for you While session topics are set the day of the event by the group assembled, space will be reserved for sessions on two separate tracks: Digital Advertising and The Independent Agency Forum. The Digital Advertising track, produced in association with The Society of Digital Agencies, will focus on sparking a dialogue about the effects of new technology and the current economic environment on the business and creative aspects of digital advertising. The Independent Agency Forum will be an opportunity for the founders and chief creatives of smaller and independent agencies to exchange ideas and discuss the business and creative issues they have in common. The format will be casual, relaxed, very interactive. The One Show Creative unConference is a forum to talk to your peers, learn new things, and build new collaborative networks that will send you out into this shifting landscape energized and ready to lead. Dates: The Creative unConference spans two days, May 7th-8th, 2009. Registration Fee: The fee to participate has been kept as close to free as possible. The 2 day Creative unConference will cost just $250.00 through Friday, April 24th. After that, the fee will rise to $280. Now that you're interested, check out the Game Plan. |
